I'm sure everybody is excited to watch NBA All Star Game 2011 Live this Sunday, February 20. But before the highlights of the NBA Season, just join us celebrate this weekend the NBA All Star Weekend Celebration. Below is the schedule of televised events.
Friday
All-Star Celebrity Game (7 p.m.m ESPN) -- A slightly ridiculous game involving celebs who think they have game.
Rookie Challenge (9 p.m. , TNT) -- NBA rookies face second-year players. New Jersey's Derrick Favors and New York's Landry Fields will play for the rookies.
Saturday
D League All-Star Game (5 p.m. ET, NBA TV) -- Development League All-Stars showcase why they deserve shots to get back into the NBA.
Skills Challenge (8:30 p.m. ET, TNT) -- Chris Paul (Hornets), Stephen Curry (Warriors), Derrick Rose (Bulls), John Wall (Wizards) and Russell Westbrook (Thunder) will participate.
3-Point Contest (TNT, following the Skills Challenge) -- Ray Allen and Paul Pierce (Celtics), Kevin Durant (Thunder), Daniel Gibson (Cavaliers), James Jones (Heat) and Dorell Wright (Golden State) will participate.
Dunk Contest (TNT, following the 3-Point Contest) -- High-flying Blake Griffin of the Los Angeles Clippers is the main attraction in this event. He will be challenged by DeMar DeRozan (Raptors), Serge Ibaka (Thunder) and JaVale McGee (Wizards).
Sunday
All-Star Game (8 p.m., TNT) -- Amare Stoudemire of the Knicks is scheduled to start for the Eastern Conference.
